Shipping policy

These pieces are custom made just for you, so please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for production and shipping. We try our best to accommodate rush orders. Please contact info@rubyclaycompany.com to place an expedited order.

Parcels and pallets will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. If any products arrive damaged, please email pictures and an explanation of the damages to info@rubyclaycompany.com within 24 hours so we can initiate the claims process.
