Shipping, Returns and Exchanges
These pieces are custom made just for you, so please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for production and shipping. We try our best to accommodate rush orders. Please contact email@example.com to place an expedited order.
Our jars and finished ceramic pieces are hand-made to order, and their fragile nature is not conducive to return shipping. For these reasons, we do not accept returns nor exchanges. However, we offer color sample tiles (available in drop down menu). If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will be happy to swiftly send you a replacement.
Parcels and pallets will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Some of our items are currently drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer to save you extra shipping costs. If any of these products arrive damaged, please email pictures and an explanation of the damages to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours so we can initiate the claims process.

Returns & Exchanges
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help! For our ceramic supplies, we offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Returned items must be in original product packaging and have no visible signs of wear or use. Original receipt or order confirmation email must be provided to initiate a return. Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We do not offer returns for our handmade ceramics lines, including Lo Home Handmade Ceramics. If you have purchased from our line of finished ceramic products, including ginger jars, bowls, and vases please keep in mind that they are made by hand and therefore may have a bit of character such as brushstrokes, variation in glaze concentration, and small imperfections in the glaze or body. Glaze color may also vary slightly from product to product. This is the nature of a hand-made product. Defective products include chips, cracks, and large or obvious blemishes. If you have any of these please contact us and we will replace the affected product.
Unsolicited online returns will not be accepted.

If the item is returnable, please feel free to return your order to us after you receive it for a full refund of the merchandise value, less shipping.
If you need to cancel a ceramic product order please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately, and if it is possible to intercept the order before it begins production, we will try our very best to do so. However, if the product has already gone into production, the order is unable to be cancelled.
