Large pieces of equipment like wheels and kilns can take extra time to ship. Below are the manufacturers best estimates on when products will ship after the order is placed. Skutt Ceramic Products - 8 - 12 weeks

Cress Kilns- 4 weeks

Shimpo Ceramics- Dependent on stock, 1-2 weeks

Brent Wheels- 4 weeks

Olympic Kilns- 12-15 weeks, with the exception of the models listed as “quick ships.”

Since these items are special order, we do not accept cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges for them. Please note the lead time for each large equipment item that you are ordering.
