PLEASE READ: Our Monogrammed Cowboy Hats feature a 22k gold monogram on the front of the hat. You have the option of our "Sparkle Confetti" style monogram or a plain letter. These pieces are hand-made to order, and their fragile nature is not conducive to return shipping. For these reasons, we do not accept returns nor exchanges, however, we offer color sample tiles (HERE). If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will be happy to swiftly send you a replacement.
