Lead Times

Large pieces of equipment like wheels and kilns can take extra time to ship. Below are the manufacturers best estimates on when products will ship after the order is placed. Feel free to email info@rubyclaycompany.com or call us at our shop at 918-551-6664 to ask about lead times on specific equipment.  

Skutt Ceramic Products - 8 weeks

Cress Kilns- 4 weeks

Shimpo Ceramics- 

Olympic Kilns- 12-15 weeks, with the exception of the models listed as “quick ships.”

Ruby Clay Company does not accept unsolicited or unauthorized returns. If you have a return please contact info@rubyclaycompany.com. Please keep all of the packing materials for your piece of equipment as the manufacturer may not accept your return if it is not in the original packaging.
